Contact CBS – Through a CBS licensed builder - CBS sells all its products through a network of factory-licensed builders. Buyers work with a CBS builder in their area to get the prints of the home they want. The licensed builder then submits your custom plan for CBS to quote. You approve the cost estimates and once approved, your builder gets the prints approved by the local housing authority while CBS Construction Technology Center assembles all the panels for your home while the builder is preparing the foundation and pad.

The panels will be delivered and erected by CBS with all the windows, doors, insulation, shear panels, exterior sheeting, and electric boxes as shown on the plans you approved.

Factory trained crews deliver and erect your protective building to the site. They anchor bolt the frame to the pad, strap together the 1st floor walls, 1st floors, 2nd floor walls, etc., and finally the roof panels. They complete the building shell by anchor bolting the walls to the floors, joining the panels, and strapping the building into a unitized protective building envelope.

Your builder then finishes the building by adding the interior walls, amenities, finishes, and the exterior architectural detailing with its finishes.
